Warmup:
200m Sandbag Carry
Then...3 Rounds
10 Pullups
10 Knees to Elbows
10 Pass Throughs

Strength:
Back Squat 5-5-5

WOD:
AMRAP: 20 Minutes
2 Situps
2 Pushups
2 Pistols (Count each leg as one, so the first set would be 1 pistol on your left leg + 1 pistol on your right leg)
then...
4 Situps
4 Pushups
4 Pistols
then...
6 Situps
6 Pushups
6 Pistols
...Add 2 for every round you advance-8-10-12-14 and so on

    Did this WOD at home
    Air Squats instead of pistols
    Started off with strict then ended up doing HR pushups
