Makeup Day...

We have three WODs due this week for the Lurong Paleo challenge. Due to family reasons and various other things last week, we weren't able to get everyone in to complete these WOD's. For the next few days as you all come in, you will be asked to make-up whichever WOD you have not completed until you have completed all 3. Keep up the good work, stick to your Paleo food, get enough rest, drink plenty of water.
