200m Run
then.....2 Rounds
10 Pushups
10 Passthroughs
10 Situps
10 Pullups

Strength:
Deadlift 5-5-5

WOD:
3 Rounds for Time
With 4 minutes on the clock
Run 400m then with the remaining time
AMRAP  Push press until 4 minutes is up
Rest 3 Minutes then repeat
