Hey Nbd family,
There are a few new pages being added and group input or other comments are more than welcome and would be great. If you have any problems with signing up or being able to post stuff just let me (Coach Jax) know the next time your in the box and we will try to come up with a solution. There is a new recipe page that J will be heading and a new events page that Carey will be doing as well. (Thank you ladies!!!!) If anyone has any other suggestions as well that would be awesome.
